Happy Holidays everyone !!

So, I recently made my very first Collab Cake for Instagram.
Nope, I take that back. I made my second collab cake before my first collab cake.
Yes, I made this Beautiful Roses Cake first for second collab and then this Christmas Cake with cookies for first collab.
Both were liked and well received by my instagram friends and I am proud to say both are original creations. I am slowly getting confident at the cakes I am baking and making. Experimenting the flavors, styles, portions, and everything about the CAKES.
Even though I like to make Cakes to improve my decorating skills, I still like to incorporate the healthy stuff in those wherever possible.
This Christmas Cake – I made the base with Banana-sourcream-Wholewheat Combo and the cookies are Wholewheat-Cream Cheese Sugar cookies. Ofcourse, I used buttercream for decorating and Pumpkin-creamcheese frosting for layers. But in my defence, the amounts of these sugar laiden frosting is very very minimal compared to what I usually use for a regular cake.



I also loved to make the cake in rectangular shape instead of usual round cake which is like a bonus practice for me.

- Pumpkin-CreamCheese Frosting
- Banana-Sourcream Cake
- Buttercream Frosting for decoration & piping.
