December starts in few days. Did you start prepping for the holidays? Some of my friends have started their Christmas prep in October. I know!
Call me crazy, I dont like to get any gifts in general. But I do love to give edible gifts to my friends and family. Cookies are my go to gifts for many reasons. They are liked by everyone, small portions(he he…someone like me), lot of varieties, long shelf life and in general cookies are classic Christmas gift.
There are quite a few varieties of cookies listed on the blog. Click here to check them out and get ready for your edible gifts this year. Most of these cookies freeze really well. So, you can bake in advance and gift when you like. There is nothing more satisfying to know you are ready before the big event and then enjoy the holidays with lot less stress.
If you like to vary your christmas cookie box, try any of the below varieties.

I can’t bring myself to think about the C word in 2 months’ time, but I’m always happy to discuss the C word relating to food! So many yummy cookies. I especially like the diversity of the crazy cookies. I’ve also never had cookies with almond flour, so I wouldn’t mind giving those a go one day.xx

I wanted to give a headsup if anyone bakes cookies well in advance. I am planning to bake quite a cookies for truckers who stop during christmas time. The organization which is collecting is expecting 500 bags each with a dozen. So, we all are trying to help.
If you like nuts especially almonds like me, you would definitely enjoy. My kids made a very yummy lemon-almond cake which was melt in the mouth. Will publish it soon.

Oh absolutely, it’s a great idea to do it now. The time will come around soon enough too. I was just joking, I didn’t mean to offend. I’m just grumpy around Christmas 😉
I think that’s a wonderful thing you’re doing. You are certainly baking up a storm, which is incredible! xx
