I will be posting the lunch box ideas couple of times a week. Its simple without much prep on the day and mostly healthy.
This week’s boxes included Strawberries, Sweet Potato Scramble, Zucchini Pancakes, Nutella rolled Whole Wheat Tortillas, Cake Pops, Vegan cookies and Potato sandwiches.

PS: My kids school provides the condiments like maple syrup, ketchup etc. So, I don’t pack them with the box as it was getting messy.
