Two Ingredients, Fiber rich, Good for you fats, Great tasting and on and on!
I want to start the post with all the positives to get you to make these bites/balls as soon as possible. I hope it works 🙂

When your sweet cravings hit, it’s always good to have a healthy snack on hand. I for one am a succer for anything related to sesame seeds. Be it sesame brittle, sesame-nuts laddu, Sesame crackers. I can eat sesame everyday without second thoughts.
More and more I am gravitating towards simple but power packed, healthy ingredients and recipes which are easy and yummy at the same time. Hence you find lot of under 5 ingredients recipes.

The balls are Vegan, Vegetarian and only 2 ingredients. This recipe takes all of 10 mins. That’s all you need.
First, lightly toast Sesame seeds. Make sure not to burn them. These tiny seeds burn from toast to burn within matter of minutes. Then Pulse them in Food processor. Don’t grind them too much. It becomes paste or sesame seed butter. You don’t want that.

Now, add the pitted medjool dates into the food processor. If the dates are dry, soak them in hot water and drain. Make sure there is no water before you blend them.
Increase or decrease the number of dates according to your sweetness.

Take the grind mixture into a bowl. Add the other half of toasted seeds. Mix them well and start making balls with your hands.

The mixture will easily come together as a ball. No need to add anything to it.

The toasted seeds gives crunchy and yummy taste as it. So, adding half of the seeds without powdering them gives them the nutty feel.

Enjoy!!!!
These balls are great for post workout snack too! Let’s see how its done.

Yes please. Look for Medjool Dates – more nutrients. Costco has best price if you have that option.
