A cake that shows his personality, interests and Character seals the deal. And that’s what we made here!
Our Birthday boy likes his friends, food and his Harley. So, I went with the Motorcycle Cake topper and Strawberries.
Dressed up strawberries as Tuxedo suits with chocolate to club the theme of Food and Friends here.
Nope, no extra skills/tools needed. Use Melted Brown and white chocolate and couple of toothpicks. Just make sure you don’t put them in freezer after dipping in chocolate. The chocolate will crack as strawberries harden.
Check out the luxurious, ultra moist Chocolate Cake recipe here. Then its coated with Fresh Whipped cream and drizzled with Chocolate Ganache.
Top the cake with Harley Topper and the fresh fruits.

This is so fun. I don’t like chocolate as a general rule but there’s something about chocolate covered strawberries that gets me! I think the strawberries themselves would be kind of fun to make with my 13 year old. That cake would be great for my nephew who LOVES chocolate!!
