Have you heard of Butterfly Pea Flower? It’s one beautiful flower which is lovely looking when it is fresh and used in the dried form too. It can be used both fresh and dried form. The beautiful and glorious blue color of the flower is flawlessly transferred to the liquid (of your choice) when you make tea with it.
Butterfly Pea Tea taste:

Over the years, I have come to love the butterfly pea flower/blue flower in my teas. It has subtle taste which is more bland with just the flowers in it. But mix it with honey it gives that tinge of floral taste with sweetness. Now add lemon juice, it turns to lovely purple.
Its more like 2 in 1 tea. I like the version of honey and lemon more than the first version. Maybe my love for lemon shows in more ways than I would imagine. But you get this cup after cup of refreshing taste every time you brew it.

Its not magic or anything! The change in color is due to the PH level of whatever it is mixed in. The more PH level, the purple it turns.
Butterfly Pea flower tea Benefits:

There are numerous benefits of this magic tea. Some are
- Mood Enhancer
- Stress Buster
- Refresh brain
- May increase energy levels and stamina

This is so, so awesome! I saw this on your Instagram and thought how insanely pretty it looks in blue. I’d never come across Butterfly Pea Flower at all, and I never would have thought you could buy the dried leaves (not sure where but I’ll Google it for the UK) and make a blue or purple tea like this. Very cool! xx
