
‘A Balanced Diet is Chocolate in both hands’
Still, our healthy instincts doesn’t allow us this kind of diet…can we?
If you are chocolate lover – this healthy recipe is for you.

A no bake, low carb, vegan and keto approved treat! Its basically 3 ingredients – Chocolate, Coconut oil and any nut butter. That’s it!
A little reveal here – I use peanuts like in all of my Indian cooking. But I cant stand peanut butter. Just the taste weirds me off. But I kind of crazy love Almond butter which is a also very good protein.
The ‘Mixed Nut butter with seeds’ you can get from Costco is even more better. It has Almonds, Cashews, Pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and Flax seeds to make buttery and crunchy at the same time.

Chocolate Fat bombs are the perfect match made in your fridge with few ingredients and absolutely no bake at all. These are done in 15 mins or less.
I know its hard to resist! But believe me, once you make them they taste sooo good and melt in your mouth that the wait is so worth it.
Let’s see how we can make them under 15 mins!
First melt chocolate and coconut oil together. Mix well. Use cupcake liners to get the first coat. Coat the bottom of 4 cupcake liners and allow it to harden a bit. Then add 1/2 tbsp of nut butter in the center. Add remaining chocolate on top! Sprinkle salt flakes if using.

Leave it in refrigerator to set for 5 mins. Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top to make it fancy – this is totally optional!
When ready, simply remove the cupcake liner (which comes off pretty easily) and dig in. That’s it!

Variations!
- You can use any chocolate of your choice – Milk, dark, white or even caramel.
- Nut butter – you can pick peanut butter, almond nut butter, mixed nuts like mine, sun butter. Anything you like.
- Since these are made up of coconut oil, they melt in heat. Just make sure you enjoy it immediately once they are in your hands.

3-ingredient Chocolate Fat Bombs

Healthy & Easy snack for quick pick me up!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp peanut or almond butter
- Flaked salt to sprinkle on top(optional)
- melted white chocolate to decorate (optional)
Directions
- . Melt chocolate & add coconut oil. Mix well.
