
Summer around! That makes it Smoothie Season for me.
Coming up at you will be lot of smoothie recipes – simple, healthy, easy, delicious and way to mix up fruits, veggies, seeds, nuts, honey, leafy greens and stuff as first thing in the morning. Well, maybe even for lunch or snack if you need a healthy pick me up anytime.
Papayas, Bananas, Yogurt and Almond milk. Blend them and top them with nuts and seeds of your choice.
This recipe is Simple & delicious! Let’s check it out.
- Add Honey/Maple Syrup to sweeten it. But this is totally optional.
- Almond milk can be replaced with milk of your choice.
- Seeds are a good addition both for crunch and nutrition part.

Papaya Banana Yogurt Smoothie

Healthy Breakfast Smoothie with Papayas & Bananas.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cut papaya cubes
- 1 small banana
- 1/4 cup homemade yogurt or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in the blender to smooth consistency.
- Top with nuts or seeds of your choice. Enjoy!
