I am pretty sure you heard of nice cream by now. If not, it’s just the blended/pureed frozen fruit. Nice creams became a trend when people wanted to enjoy the ice cream but couldn’t digest the calorie count with each scoop.
Bananas are the most famous flavor of the nice creams. But, you can almost make it with any of the other fruits too. You would be definitely ooing and awing with the nice creams as they taste most similar to ice creams in terms of taste, sweetness and cold creamy scoop. Plus the added benefit of enjoying your treat without the guilt of eating empty Calories.
Though this Strawberry Nice cream has berries as a main flavor, I added countertop bananas as I had to use them up. But you can totally ignore the step and go directly with frozen strawberries instead.
And then the papaya – I added Frozen papaya to this smoothie and the strawberries totally masked the unwanted smell some people can get from the nutritious but not famous papayas. Win-win for me as I myself hate the smell.
You can use any liquid but I usually go with Almond milk/Oat milk. But the substitutes can be coconut water, regular milk or even soymilk.
I also added extra cashews for the creamy / crunchy part on the top as a crunch factor than anything else.
Very important part – Go outside in the sun and enjoy this nice cream as one good Healthy treat for you and yourself!
But wait, I forgot – Come back and tell me if you liked it.

I buy the normal papaya, peel, cube and freeze them myself. I use them only for smoothies for extra added nutrition.

Mmmm yum! I remember my ex’s parents used to make the best banana milkshakes and I was hooked afterwards. Banana in smoothies is lush, and I like the extra health kick with papaya while masking the small with strawberries. Yummmm! Sounds super refreshing and lovely for summer xx

I love bananas and making nice cream, even though I’m not vegan or dairy-free. Adding papayas is such an unique idea! I should try 🙂
