Happy Memorial Day

GRATEFUL for all those who served our country and SALUTE all the sacrifices.

On this Memorial Day, take a minute to acknowledge and remember the actual reason for this holiday! Respect & Honor those sacrifices made!

It was 80-90 degrees couple of days back in NJ – AC was on, Cold water and lemonade was refreshing and we were sent Teacher notes to send in more water to kids school.

Come Friday, the temperature dropped to 50s and 40s. Cold and windy – And just like that, socks was back on, heater kicked in and the comforters came back.

Such a drastic change in the weather – No kidding!!!!!

Anyway, for the memorial day – I made some Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream topping. I decorated them with the red, white and blue colors to honor the occasion!

  3. In KY, we had the same shift from hot swimming weather to very cool hoodie and long pants temps!
    Love the cupcakes. They will make a nice addition to our friend’s cookout to which he invited us.
    Remember to pray for families of the most recently fallen soldiers who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms.
